Transportation Maintenance

The Transportation Maintenance option allows users to setup codes for transportation providers, airlines, vehicle fleets, drivers, class of service, terminals, and special arrangements at the property.

The Transportation Maintenance menu contains the following options:

• Airline Codes - Allows users to set up codes for the various airlines that fly to the airport where the property is located.

• Class Of Service Codes - Allows users to create codes for distinct types of transportation services and service classes available to guests.

• Vehicle Types - Allows users to create records of different types of vehicles that can be used for transportation in the property.

• Rate Codes - Allows users to set codes to define transportation rates for the different vehicle types available in the property or based on the time of transportation. For example, the rates defined for peak hours will be higher than the rate defined for early morning. Similarly, the rates for luxury cars will be different from ordinary cars.

• Driver Codes - Allows users to create records of drivers available at the property.

• Pick Up & Drop Off Codes - Allows users to create records of locations that can be used as the guests’ pick-up or drop point.

• Provider Codes - Allows users to create records of outside vendors providing vehicles for transportation at the property.

• Terminal Codes - Allows users to create records of the terminals at the airport.

• Vehicle Codes - Allows users to set up codes for the distinct types of vehicles at the property.

• Special Arrangement Codes - Allows users to create records for additional services requested by guests or arranged by the property for guests during the travel.
